I applied online. I interviewed at Vans (Aurora, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I got there 30 minutes early and eventually the other 3 Candidates showed up overtime. Once everyone was here the assistant manager brought us all out to a nice spot in the
Mall. The assistant manager was very friendly and made us all feel comfortable. I know this because I was really nervous and then I found that I had no reason to be nervous I had this. After the interview the ASM told us she would call us to see who made it. About 2 weeks later I got called and got the date for my orientation.

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Vans (Kingston upon Thames, England) in Nov 2020
Interview
very brief, the interviewer just barking questions . didnt ever give me chance to answer. talking over me and not letting me explain. kept saying not his fault I didn't have lots of branded clothing. when I turned up he literally said its not for another 30 minutes go away which was not what the email confirmation had said so that is why I turned up when I did!
