The interview process was somewhere from 1-3 days max. The interview itself was half an hour long, but they were pretty easygoing and friendly, so it was alright. I did the interview online.

Question 1
What would make me a good sales associate? What skill set I have? etc.
It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
