I applied online last week and just did the 1st (of, apparently, many) interviews over the phone. This one was pretty simple. Just basic review of your answers to the online application. Now I have another phone interview next week,
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What was a situation where you had to ask several questions to sell to a customer, what were they and what was the result. Not really a difficult question but it totally threw me off because I had to think back to a job in sales from 6 years ago. I thought of several without a problem AFTER I got off the phone. Not too bad though. She told me to review some behavioral type questions and have a situation in mind for each of the questions.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verizon
Interview
The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

-Tell us about a time when you were faced with a difficult situation that you did not think you could overcome
-Why do you want to work for Verizon
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon in July 2022
Interview
I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to deal with an angry customer and what did you do?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Verizon in Sept 2021
Interview
There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
