Very detailed questionnaires followed by Teams calls and in person meeting. At the in person interview they did tests such as writing emails to suppliers. Some of the questions were a little odd, the CEO is very direct.

Had to call a phone number. A lady answered and was very rude the entire call, some may say she was patronising and spent the entire interview hating on Generation Z, call them a lazy generation with no work ethic. I do not recommend applying to this company.

Why is Gen Z lazy and expect everything to be handed to them on a plate?
It was easy, quick, basic questions. Interviewer was nice. However didn’t get an offer. They are obsessed about working hard. As far as I understood they don’t really care about employees morales and well being.
