I went through three interviews and an intensive design prompt over the course of two months. After all that, I got a generic rejection email with no feedback. The process felt drawn-out and dismissive of candidates’ time.

Interview
The process was long and drawn out. I couldn’t get answers from anyone for a while only to finally get a no, but I wish communication had been stronger. Especially for a process with multiple rounds.
