Received a call from a third party agency, and scheduled an interview about 2 weeks later. The one to one interview with engineering manager took place in the company. The manager asked about my experience and several technical questions on manufacturing. Also asked how much I knew about the company.

What would you like in a base salary, too high then the hiring company is afraid you will not hunt for new business as hard. Too low I feel like I am not being respected for my experience.
