UNBELIEVABLE I had 4 interviews with this company. Recruiter, Co-founder, Peer Interview, and then a panel with the other Co-Founder, and two department heads. The process took forever (like a month overall) and I had to follow up multiple times throughout. However, I enjoyed every interview and got positive feedback from the employees each time. After the final interview, they told me they would decide if Friday the next week (7 days). I waited 9 days to follow up and they apologized and said they’d make a decision the following day. Three days later, I followed up with the founders. Nothing. Three days later, I followed up again. Nothing. In a last ditch effort, I emailed all parties from the final interview. Nothing. I am absolutely dumbfounded at the lack of respect and professionalism.
