I applied through other source. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at WEX (Sydney) in July 2022
Interview
The recruiter texts me on LinkedIn to arrange the Google Meet video meeting. There was no Intial screening to check whether I am fit for the organization or what are their expectations from the candidate. Excluding all these steps, which every recruiters follow to not waste their own and candidate's time. Instead, on the very first conversation, they started asking me technical questions. I was horrified. They didn't ask me about my work, my experience or about me.
No warm greetings.
Lack of professional attitude.
Total waste of time.
Very disappointing.
Very demotivating.
Higher expectations.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourslef? Why you want to leave current company?
Applied online on their website, recruiter responded by asking a few questions about my background. After, I had a call with said recruiter to discuss the position and few technical questions were asked.
The technical questions were interesting as they were about APIs that have been deprecated for over 5 years. Got the feeling their product is either extremely legacy codebase or they don't really know how to interview for the specific domain.
Unfortunately recruiter also seemed lackluster and confused about the requirements of the job and was asking intrusive questions such as asking for my current company email address. Very odd experience I'd avoid this company.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at WEX in Mar 2026
Interview
Waste of time. Recruiter approached me on Linkedin and invited me for a call. The call went well and the recruiter said I was a good fit for the role and would move to the next interview. Was completely ghosted after that.
