I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at WEX in June 2022
Interview
I completed a 30min screening call with the recruiter and was asked to give a presentation about myself to the hiring manager as a next step. I then had a final 30min interview with another manager. (all virtual interviews) The questions were standard. They asked about my background and comfort level with certain tasks. They asked about alignment with company values. The process only took 13 days start to finish. I received an offer 2 days after my final interview. I am not sure all depts at the company turnaround offers this quickly, but I feel fortunate this was my experience.

It was a vanilla interview process. Culture and energy of the company are fully profit driven and do not have much meaning, interviewees struggled with a solid and consistent culture sound bite.
