WSP Graduate Environmental Programmer interview questions

Video interview, initially a strange experience of speaking to a computer to record my answers but easy enough to get used to. Gives opportunity to practise first and meant I was comfortable in my own environment. Would prefer face to face in order to have a better conversation and explain myself more, and potentially lead on from the interviewee's questions.
