Fill out questionnaire, interview with one of 12 managers - no privacy - 20 + job seekers in room at same time. Dress appropriately, be clean.
Best quality: always on time or likes to interact with customers
Worse quality: like to interact with customers which can be distracting but I always work hard to make sure I do not get behind in my job
Advice: Smile, be polite and interested in Company.
You will have to answer many questions and one that most people seem to get wrong: Which of the two is worse: alcohol or marijuana - answer: marijuana because it is illegal
Most questions are common sense so take your time and answer truthfully because they will check. If you do drugs other than those that are prescribed by a physician, don't even bother to apply at Wal-Mart because they did a drug test after our interview. If you take prescribed medicine, let your interviewer know and the reason you take them. You may have to assure them that it does not interfere with your job performance or that you will not take them while working.

A complete joke. When reviewing applications, if you don't have completely open availability, you will be avoided, not professional at all, questions asked are ridiculous, and if you have ever worked for the company before, you better hope they took you out of the system under the right reason code or you will not be reconsidered.

Very straight forward and abrupt. Questions about experience, background, situational awareness. It seemed like a decent job to have. Overall didn't seem to hard to fulfill so long as you have management experience.
