I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Walmart (Toronto, ON) in Jan 2018
Interview
I applied through my school career portal, the time that it took to hear back from them and establish a time for our interview was roughly 2 to 3 weeks. Overall it was an average interview with your typical type of behavioral and problem solving questions.
3 rounds each 30 minutes, 2 behavioral one technical. The behavioral rounds felt easy to talk to, mostly about company culture and fit. The technical round was also on the easier side.
No clear communication about rounds. I was informed the first round would be general not technical but it turned out to be technical. I still gave my best but never heard back.
Interview process was very fast paced. Combination of behavioral and technical questions. Spoke a lot on how technology is a driving factor in the way many fortune 500 business run their operations. Because I am a MIS major I was able to use some of my coding skills such as Python and SQL during the interview as well. In conclusion, I would say try to study about 4 days out from the interview.
