Good; be sure to show interest. Demonstrated interest along with experience in the field; it was a hirevue first then a second round with three managers. There are no full time roles for finance analysts in this office so do not expect a return offer lol.

2) a short meeting with the hiring manager
3) a long meeting with the department manager
overall, it was an easy process (since it was an intern position)

Interview
Applied with resume, did a hirevue with 5-7 questions and had 2 rounds of interview first with the senior manager and then the VP. After the hirevue, the process took about 2 weeks. I had both my interviews on Friday and I heard back the following Wednesday.
