first was through hirevue, which asked 3 very basic questions about why I wanted the position/ what my future plans were. next was an interview with two people on the team and they were basic behavioral questions and just a conversation getting to know me.

Three-stage interview. First stage - self recorded interview, 1 minute per question and 30 second to prepare. Second stage - interview with hiring manager, member or HR department and a previous employee. Third stage - assessment centre offline in London HQ or possibly online.

Interview
Submitted CV online then invited to a online written interview followed by online recorded interview and then an assessment centre in London. Long process with many stages taking around 4 months.
After completing the hirevue video interview, I had a laid back interview with my now-manager and was given an offer a week later that I accepted. Not a bad process at all!
