I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WeWork (New York, NY) in June 2020
Interview
Multi- step process. The first interview is with a recruiter where she explains the role and asks basic questions. This part of the interview was very standard, just getting to know you. If you continue on with the interview process you will likely speak to more direct roles, or the potential manager/leader of your team. Following that interview you may be asked to prepare a sort of presentation to the community associate manager to fully test your abilities to preform in the role. Overall it was a rather enjoyable experience however nothing out of the ordinary.

Question 1
How does hospitality/customer service go hand in hand with business?
Un proceso bastante transparente y fluido, se enfoca mucho en conocerte y en rectificar las habilidades que traerás a la empresa. Hacen énfasis en que les interesan más los candidatos con fuerte experiencia en la hospitalidad.

I applied online. I interviewed at WeWork (São Paulo, São Paulo) in May 2026
Interview
entrevista online com recrutadora bem direta, tranquila e dinâmica. vaga com salário abaixo do mercado, mas boa oportunidade de crescimento dentro da empresa. processo um pouco longo... 4 etapas no total
Four rounds of interviews with one in person building visit. One interview, zoom interview, in person visit w/ interview, final interview over zoom. It's a long and arduous process that didn't really sit well with me, but they do like to be thorough about who they're hiring based on first impressions. It's a lot of in person, customer service stuff with face to face interactions so it makes sense. Still, four rounds is kind of crazy.
