Hands down the worst interview I have ever had. The recruiter attempted to convice me that a salary of $80K would be appropriate for my role as I have experience with React, but not Angular. The recruiter scheduled a technical interview to which *the engineers never showed up*. They weren't late. They just never showed up. The recruiter apologized and rescheduled the interview but *did not tell me when*. I emailed them a couple of days later to ask if they had gotten around to scheduling the interview and they said that it was in 4 hours! They admitted that they had forgotten to tell me the date and time. I was interviewed by two engineers via speaker phone. It was incredibly difficult to hear them as there was a massive echo. I kept asking them to speak up. The first interviewer was fine, the second was a chore to speak to. He sounded annoyed from the start to the end of the interview. I asked him how many uninterrupted hours of work does the typical Western Union engineer get and he gave me a speech about how meetings are work and attending all meetings is expected of engineers. I asked him what the company culture was like and he said "We use agile". No understanding of industry language or how to talk to candidates. I've literally never had an experience like this before in my life and I've interviewed with over 20 companies in the past. In the end I didn't get the offer because I didn't have experience with Angular. Would not recommend.
