Spoke to VP of Recruiting 1st. Spoke to senior team members individually over 3 days. Got a chance to get to know the individuals who would be on my team and interact with them that allowed me to better gauge a culture fit for myself and them.

Why did I feel that I would be a good fit for the role
I was initially contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn regarding the position and did not formally apply. During the first interview, the interviewer emailed me to change the time last minute and then called without confirming the new time. Fortunately, I was able to be flexible and made it work.
I completed two rounds of interviews, but after the second round, I was ghosted. I followed up multiple times for feedback but received no response. Overall, I felt that my time was not valued.

Interview
Interviewed 5 times. Followed up after last interview asking about next steps or when I would hear something and they said by the end of the week. I never did hear anything and followed up another time. I was ghosted with not even a rejection email sadly.
