Westinghouse Structural Engineer - Senior interview questions

First the hiring manager contacted and asked about my experience and social life. Then a 1 to 1 interview setup and I had an hour interview with a head of structure division. He explained what they do and what responsibilities require for this job. I received the job offer but I declined cause it was the job was not challenging.
