    Interview

After my application, I was invited to a group interview where we were told training class dates and locations. From there, you have to sign up for a class and get your lifeguard certification. They don't charge you upfront for the class, but they do take it out of your first paycheck. The interview isn't tough at all, but the class is difficult to pass.

    Lifeguard Interview

    Neutral Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

    I applied in-person. I interviewed at Wet ‘n Wild in June 2015.

    Interview

HA! I didn’t even get interviewed...they just wanted me to start working ASAP. I ended up being a ride attendant because no one told one of the lifeguards that they had to train that day...hella easy to get the job...too bad they’ll terminate you for talking to another guard and looking away from the water and people in it for less than a few seconds

They hire anyone to lifeguard who can pass the training. You pay for them to verify you can swim, and teach minimal cpr/lifeguard skills. Some of my lifeguards could barely swim...
