First a phone interview with a recruiter. Then I did 2 work interviews, you need 5 references, a background check. There is 8 days of training, 3 of which are in Portland, all expenses paid. The whole process took about a month.

Interviews are always nerve-rocking experience. You always feel nervous no matter what. But with Willamette Dental, the interviewer made the environment enjoyable as she was speaking in a very light happy voice. Not just plain reading questions for you to answer but in an expressive positive way. Questions are based on daily reality situations that it made you answer comfortably.
