First, they will do a phone screen and ask relatively basic questions. Tell me about yourself, your greatest strengths, etc. The next round is a video interview with a few people you could be working under.

Got an email from the PCM group without much networking for a first round. It was a solid interview, decent guy but a bit suprised I didn’t get a next round
Phone screening with someone at the firm follows a hirevue. More interviews follow if you make it past first stage followed by a super day. Typical process like most IB firms
