It was two rounds. The first one was a phone call with HR, second round was three video calls with various people at different levels within the department from management to entry level.
Got an email from the PCM group without much networking for a first round. It was a solid interview, decent guy but a bit suprised I didn’t get a next round
Phone screening with someone at the firm follows a hirevue. More interviews follow if you make it past first stage followed by a super day. Typical process like most IB firms
