I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Work Opportunities Unlimited (Providence, RI) in May 2026
Interview
The process began with a call from a recruiter for a phone screening. After the phone call, an invitation for an in person interview was made. I interviewed with the Director and towards the end of the interview, the Director invited me to a second in-field interview. The Director thoroughly explained what the second interview would look like and followed up with an email going over the agenda for the second interview. During the in-field interview, I met with other members and was able to observe the tools used for the job and ask any questions about the position and the company. At the end of the second interview, I was able to discuss with the Director how the day went and how comfortable I feel with the organization.

Interview
The process was very streamlined and they were super communicative. I was presented with all the help that I needed to succeed. It started with an initial phone call and after that I was set up with an in person interview. After that, they did a field interview with me which gave me a real look into what the day to day would be like, which I appreciated.
