World Food Programme Leadership Acceleration Program interview questions

I had 2 interviews for the position. The first on was with the hiring manager and the second was with the lead of the position. I always imagined the UN jobs as a amazing place to be with the greatest human being. But the reality during the interviews was a bit different: I faced the weirdest interview where ego was a big piece of it. I was interviewed by an arrogant and full of herself leader. Was disappointing to face that in such an important relevant international player. Vanity was so present.
