Boring. It was like they had not read the job posting, my resume, anything. Just a really disappointing time. I declined the offer, because I didn't think they were serious.

Question 1
They wanted to get to know me as a person. There was not much about the job, at all.
Long interview process, multiple panel interviews with lots of PMBOK type questions. Panel style interviews with 3 to 5 people. Long periods in between interviews. HR did not outline the full process so I could not tell how close to an offer I was.
