The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Saint Louis, MO) in Nov 2023
Interview
Overall experience was good, nothing too difficult or out of the ordinary. First was a screening call with a recruiter to make sure you fit the criteria that was listed on the job description. Then they go over what it's like working at WWT.
Second interview was with the Hiring Manager who asked questions about resume, more so a general discussion about what WWT is like, experiences, interests, etc. Third (final) rounds is a technical interview with a panel of developers (most from different teams) and the Lead Developer of the hiring team. They asked questions about resume, previous experiences, a couple coding questions (very simple) and then explanation / breakdown of a code snippet that is reflective of the job description.

Interview
Brief HR call just to check that you are a real person and not a weirdo, and then a longer behavioral interview with the team. Very easy questions, very lowkey. Didn't make it to the technical round but overall a very positive interview process. It felt like they were invested in getting to know me as a person and not just another application.
