After I submitted my application, I received an email the following business day from a talent manager to set up a phone interview. She was very nice and asked some general interview questions about myself and my resume. It felt more like a friendly chat than an interview.
Afterwards, I had an in-person interview with a general manager & a senior manager in the department. They asked about my background in paid search, my technical skills, and my undergraduate studies.
Overall, the interview process was straightforward and the questions asked were very fair. Everyone involved in the hiring process was a delight and helped me make an informed decision about accepting the job offer.
