Why I would be a fit for a startup that is currently developing their GTM strategies.
The interview process was smooth and fair. The part that stood out most was the clear communication and transparency from the P&C team and hiring manager. Decent turnaround time as well.
Ghosted. Received an email asking me to answer some simple preliminary questions as the first step, as well as record a short video explaining why I thought I was a good fit. Did so, including the video, and never heard back. Video was never even viewed. Pinged them again and nothing.
