Xcelerate Media interview questions

I applied for a position I was overqualified for. I had an initial phone screening and an interview with two employers, I was then ghosted.. She did not respond to my follow up emails and could not even tell me they were not even moving forward with my application. Definitely a red flag and not an employer I would want to work for. Everyone was super kind in the interviews though.
