Yosemite Community College District interview questions

There were about 15 questions on the interview, about five individuals on the panel. Very pleasant individuals and some specific questions pertinent to the responsibilities of an executive assistant. How do you mangage multiple assigments with competing deadlines. How do you prepare your executive for meetings. How do you deal with demanding calls expecting to speak with management. etc.
