I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Zalando (Berlin) in June 2017
Interview
phone screening with recruiter: just a general background check
phone interview with manager: asked about my background and why I wanted to work there
IQ test: computer-based IQ test at home, took at least two hours covering math, language skills, general knowledge, image interpretation, personality and character traits
phone interview with team member: asked mostly work related questions about projects or how I would work with data
in person interview: with recruiter and manager
Whole process took about two weeks, which was faster than expected. Got a call right after the interview with a job offer.

Applied online and got called for a phone interview. Phone interview was problematic because of bad connection and different accents.
The lady I spoke to was very nice and asked me if I had any more questions. She said that she was going to be in touch in the following 2 days but no one called me or emailed me until I emailed them and asked on an update on my application.

Interview
It was a very smooth experience: started with application online via zalando jobs. I got feedback within a week and immediately scheduled interview with team leader. Interview was very focused around previous experience and fit to requirements, as well as expectations regarding further career development. Process finished with HR feedback, ?I didin't got offer from Zalando in the end, but still value the process very high.
