Interview
Fist interview:
- Zoom video call of around 45-60mins with some basic and a bit in depth Qs about JS, TS, React, Node.
- a super simple live coding task to fix a component to get it to display some data.
Second interview:
- Should have been another tech interview with more depth at the office, the HR department didnt return to my calls and the interview never happened.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Zemingo (Warsaw, Masovia) in Dec 2024
Interview
There were four calls in total: one with the recruiter, followed by a test task, two interviews, and a final call with the CEO. They were friendly, cooperative, and candidate-oriented. For example, the recruiter agreed to meet with me before working hours since I didn’t have available time slots during the day. The two interviews with engineers focused on experience sharing, coding, problem-solving, and system design. Finally, there was a call with the CEO.
Everyone at Zemingo made an outstanding impression—it’s the kind of company where employees stay for decades and enjoy having a beer together. Due to personal reasons, I had to decline, but I would definitely consider them in the future.
