ZeroTurnaround interview questions

Phone screening, in person interview, offer. Process was to talk to a recruiter, then meet 4 members of the sales team, and they made their decision. I had a good interview and was given an offer on the spot.

Got a referral from a friend. someone reached out over email, arranged a phone interview. after the phone interview i went in and had a three part interview. said they'd get back to me, never did. later turned out they fired half their sales team a couple weeks later.
