I applied for the role and also approached a senior VP for the role. It took them 4 weeks get back to me that too after the job ad was closed and the new person was welcomed into zscaler publicly on Linkedin. The Bangalore based TA spoke to me, went on lengths to tell me they need a technical person or a person from the background, the strange part is that the guy ( Customer success management EMEA) hired did not have either. The TA made me believe that she would take my candidature to the hiring manger for consideration when the position was already closed. I am glad I did not get selected, because this very experience has given me a taste of the real "Zscaler" culture and not what you read on Glassdoor. I would believe they have certainly doctored reviews.

I had a Zoom call with the recruiter, which lasted about 30 minutes, followed by a meeting with the manager, and finally, I presented my proposal to a team of 3, which included the hiring manager, another sales associate, and another manager.

very helpful, lot of guidance throughout. Preparatory materials are handed out well in advance for you to prepare. There is a mentor who also clears doubt before the presentation rounds.
