At my interview it was the vagueness of the questions which I am sure were aimed to discover my personality. I had a hard time understanding what she wanted from me in a responce. I was unsure of the question she was asking me. In the new process it is probably the activities they engage you in that most people are not expecting.
Can't remember specifically but they covered the standard questions on what systems I had used, strengths and weaknesses and how I handled organisation of tasks etc.
