Look at: 1) Why do we want to enter this market? 2) Does it make financial and strategic sense to enter this new market? (Revenue - Cost = Profit) 3) Do we have the internal capabilities to enter into this new line of business and if not, how would this affect the decision?
Managing a team of web developers and Database administrators who had different opinions and combining in the Business operational needs was a constant challenge. I approached it using an open ideas forum where everyone cold make a presentation as to why their approach should be taken. Everyone got all the ideas on the t5able, then i used a conversation steering technique to isoltae out the outcome I wanted and gained global agreement.
Listen to questions carefully, take notes, repeat things back to interviewer when appropriate to validate your understanding; learn at least the basics of procurement including what PO's and Invoices are; what a Request for Proposal is; developing a profile of requirements (baseline) etc
