How do you feel about the question "the customer is always right?"
The customer is not always right, but in order to have them realise that, clear evidence must be given as to why not, in a friendly and informative manner.
customer is not always right, cause we work in airport which mean everything is related with safety, for example: the customer has power bank and lighter in the luggage, because flight safe is not allowed lighter , power bank in the luggage. being a staff, I need to insist my resoponsibility and try to explain why and make them understand in proper polite manner.
