I made sure I had a specific example from my last job. I didn't feel it was the greatest example as it was quite a long time ago and I had trouble remembering specific examples but the interviewer seemed happy enough with my response.
every time I'm asked to do a task I go that extra mile I'll even run to where I need to be and back again... I never hesitate wen asked to do something.. I carry stuff out to people's cars I open doors for many and I'm more than will to offer a hand
My favourite cartoon character is Mickey mouse because he does some very educational smart activities which always attracts my attention. Mickey mouse has team of Donald Duck and Mini Mouse, Goofy, Daisy duck , Pluto dog. They work in team for solving any problem , also they extend their help if any one needs help. They are for each other. There many things we can learn from are good for society and community.
The reason why i chose coles is because that back in the days when i was still in high school doing HSC. I did business studies, teacher asked us to collect case studies about businesses that were operating in australia. so i did a case study on coles and learnt about the business strategies such as marketing and operation. I was impressed by their strategies and i wanted to learn more about coles' strategies that they are implementing on both the market and the products.
Coles is a well known, reputable company and I would be proud to be a part of the team.
Hi, I would like to ask what were the exact questions that were asked regarding customer experience and teamwork?
I can't remember the exact wording but that wouldn't help you anyway since they will likely phrase it differently for you. You shouldn't be worrying about the specific wording because if they ask if they phrase the question differently you will probably give a bad answer. Just focus on the main idea and make sure you don't rush in to answering the question straight away, think about it, and ALWAYS finish by saying exactly what YOU did (use the STAR method). Final advice is to be honest, they can tell when you're not being truthful :)
