Interview
Initial interview with the recruiter, then a virtual interview with management, and additional phone interviews with additional management. In total, three interviews. The questions are geared around managing a project - For example, how do you know when a project is behind.
The recruiter reached out and set up a phone screen for Thursday. She no showed the screening, so I reached out and she rescheduled for Friday. She no showed again and then ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

3 rounds. 1st one with HR Recruiter 2nd one with a person in your role 3rd with HR, and two managers It was kind of awkward having the second interview with a potential coworker before your would be manager.
