Easy, they don’t care about who they hire it’s literally like Ryanair, sack and re hire. Only give temporary fixed contracts now! Be very careful before choosing this company. They tell you that you that they normally ask you to come back next year but they actually don’t!!

Interview
The interview process as great, the assessor was polite and friendly and did his best to help along the way. The assessor was always smiling and was warm and friendly. Making some of the nervousness disappear.

Group sessions in the morning and if successful one to one interviews in the afternoon. During group exercises you must keep the time in mind allocated to each exercise. Ensure you take mark in group discussions.
