I applied online. I interviewed at iCIMS (Denver, CO)
Interview
I applied and had a quick call with the recruiter. I then took an aptitude assessment and personality assessment online. I then interviewed with the hiring manager and senior leadership. I received an offer about a week or so later.

Interview
The process took about a month from the day I submitted an application to when I receieved an offer. The initial phone call was with a Recruiter who asked me generally about my interest and then explained that I would be taking an assessment. As it turns out, I had applied for a different position about 2 months prior and already took the assessment at that time, but they did not move me forward for that other position. I'm the kind of person who believes everything happens for a reason though: they had me complete the assessment a second time and I ended up doing a video interview with the hiring manager for this position. The video interview took 30 minutes. Exactly a week after that interview is when I receieved an offer. The Recruiter was very professional, responsive and answered all of my questions. The icing on the cake was when the Recruiter who initially spoke with me when I applied for the other position reached out to me to say congratulations. Very polished process both times. Even when I was notified that they went with other people for the other position, the interaction was still warm and they encouraged me to re-apply.

Interview
Very pleasant interview process. Spoke to the recruiter and then HM and VP. The offer generated through their ATS system was easy to understand. Overall very straightforward. I was very pleased with the level of communication with my recruiter.
