Interview
Firstly speak with the team leader, title as EVP. She review the resume and ask some questions, then introduce other team members to talk with the candidate 1:1, to decide if the candidate will be a good fit for the team as a whole. Nice office environment and friendly people.

Mostly relevant to the resume and the job needs (account management, client stuff...). And some questions like "do you like outdoor sports," which should be varied by the client you will be work with.
