I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at lululemon (Miami, FL) in Mar 2011
Interview
Very upbeat, welcoming and pleasant. Designed to calm a nervous person down and make it comfortable as though sitting on sofas and catching up with an old friend. Quite banter was made in the form of non-consequential questions being asked. Sort of an informal, get to know each other way. Very impressed with the complete calm and yet very professional business way in which the store seemed to mesh seamlessly. It was so enjoyable that you forgot you were there to interview and not for a yoga class.
Group interview then solo interview. They wanted to see what you’re like in a group. The group interview was with a key leader. The solo interview was with the store manager.

Question 1
What’s a challenging experience you’ve gone through?
Recruiter phase then a manager interview. Fairly generic process. It was implied I’d get a third interview but then I didn’t hear back until I followed up and heard they went a different way.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at lululemon (Birmingham, MI)
Interview
Easy and quick. I only interviewed with two people in one round. The interview was held in the store. Offer was sent after first interview. I declined due to hours needed over holidays.
