This question was posed at another facility, but it's relevant for any music therapist and completely threw me off. "If someone who previously worked with one of your current clients asked 'How is ___ doing?' what would you say to them?"

My 'by the book' answer was to not tell them anything and say that the information is confidential. My 'heart' answer was to share a general phrase, such as "___ is doing fine" and leave it at that. I think I offered a combination of the two. Was it right? I don't know, but I wasn't hired. Less

What are your strengths and weaknesses, Do you have experience working with mentally ill patients, Describe how you've handled a challenging work situation. The questions were mostly run-of-the-mill interview questions. As a MT I had to do a musical audition of sorts as well.
