After seeing the reviews on glass door for Hologic in Australia and the changes to their internal culture and problems with middle management, l can understand the concerns. There is no “leadership” nor understanding of what leadership entails, only ambitious “managers” with a poor sense of self, who resort to an “l’m right, your wrong” mentality. There are so many red flags with the interview, with Managers needing to prove themselves at your expense by taking quick digs and feeling empowered. It does not go unnoticed in an interview, where you have a new manager trying to prove himself to his Superior. They also resort to attacking the previous employee at any cost which is an example of past behaviour predicating future behaviour. BEWARE: Hologic Australia is in a sad state of affairs and will not be able to retain real talent. You will constantly be at the mercy of “managers” who will see you as the problem. This is an example of a TOXIC ENVRONMENT which will continue for many years to come.
