Make sure you understand the culture of the organisation and the cultures by which they abide. Think of something that makes you interesting and tell them. Make sure you like working with children and make it clear you would be passionate about doing a job well done.

The interview process was a half hour interview with assistant manager and manager. They asked a series of pre-arranged questions. They provided feedback and results within two weeks of the interview.
Straight forward, they were spot on on keeping you updated throughout the process and the debrief was timely as well. They also let you ellaborate on your answers and you don't feel much pressured by the questions
