I spoke to two people in management and they asked about my retail experience and schedule. They asked my salary request and told me on the spot that I was hired and what the next steps would be.

Interview
Sat down and discussed what the role entails, a background of the store itself and what average hours looked like. Then went into further questions about my qualifications and how it would be beneficial to the store.
The interview was a typical one, where questions of how you have interacted with children included, which was different but expected from a store such as this one. I really enjoyed the conversation and the way they handled the interview.
