When I got there, I was handed a Technical Skills Test without going through any personal Interview. After the test they claimed that they were going to contact me soon but never heard from them again.

Applied online. One over the phone interview, then one in-person interview. Friendly interviewers who answered all of my questions informatively. Don't think there were any other applicants, so I got the position pretty easily.
