    Key Responsibilities:

    • Schedule appointments, meetings, and events for the team and CEO.
    • Provide administrative support, including email management, data entry, and document preparation.
    • Assist with onboarding processes for new team members and clients.
    • Respond to phone calls and inquiries using provided templates.
    • Coordinate logistics for travel, accommodation, and events.
    • Manage diaries and calendars for consultants and the CEO.
    • Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
    • Support client and team events with planning and execution.
    • Perform basic online research tasks.
    • Process financial documents such as invoices, quotes, purchase orders, and reconciliations.
    • Prepare and send quotes to clients.
    • Schedule and manage payments for invoices and expenses.
    • Maintain organisation of digital and physical files.

    About You:

    • Proven experience in an administrative support role.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Familiarity with Xero processing or similar financial software would be advantageous.
    • Ability to work effectively in a remote, independent setting.
    • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Excellent attention to details.
    • Ability to prioritise tasks and time management.
    • High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
    • Must be an Australian Citizen and be able to pass a baseline Security Clearance.

    Additional Information:

    • This is a predominantly work from home position, with the requirement to meet at, and occasionally work from the Sydney head office with the CEO and other team members.
    • There is some flexibility in work hours to be discussed with the successful candidate
    • Occasional opportunities to travel interstate to coordinate events and support the team
