    About the Role

    Contributes to the management of engineering information, document control and Sharepoint Administration.

    • Uses, stores, classifies, assesses and processes data/metadata in alignment with BHPs standards and requirements for data quality management, integrity and governance. Applies an understanding of business terminology, key operational processes and key business activities within and between functional areas (e.g. finance, supply, procurement, work management).
    • Determines the underlying cause of problems and evaluates multiple solutions to ensure a planned and structured approach to solving complex problems.
    • Manages new and existing sets of master data, runs and cleanses reports to remove errors and improve the quality of master data across BHP.
    • Sources information, plans and conducts analyses to support evidence based decision making.
    • Designs and implements governance/assurance practices and Management of Change procedures to control value outcomes across BHP.
    • Engages the capabilities of the entire organisation.
    • Strives to achieve 100% safety, 100% customer value and 0% waste.
    • Knows our customer and is obsessed with meeting their needs.

    About You

    • Document control processes experience (5+ years)
    • Experience in various document repositories including Documentum.
    • Sharepoint Administrator experience.
    • 1SAP experience.
    • Willingness to build an understanding of alternate business applications and processes.
